Shortlisted for 5 awards, Asystec had a busy night last night at the annual 2019 Tech Excellence Awards, where they were announced as Enterprise Partner of the Year 2019

The Tech Excellence Awards took place last night, Thursday May 23rd in the Citywest Hotel, Dublin. The awards are Ireland’s principal badge of honour in the IT industry which recognises excellence not only in implementing tech solutions, but also in the business of marketing and implementing technology for business. There were 24 awards in total on the night selected by a panel of 8 external industry luminaries following a rigorous judging process.

Asystec had led the charge in terms of nominations with 5 shortlist badges to their name:
• Company of the Year
• Enterprise Partner of the Year
• IT Professional of the Year
• IT Architect of the Year
• Private sector project of the year

“To win an award at Partner level is always fantastic, but to be chosen as Enterprise Partner of the Year amongst the entire Irish Tech Industry is really a phenomenal achievement.” explains Les Byrne, Asystec Managing Director. “To even have be shortlisted for 5 awards was a terrific achievement for the company so the win is really just the icing on another fantastic year for team Asystec”.

Broadcaster Sarah McInerney hosted the evening which saw colleagues, partners and friends gather together to collectively recognize the best of the Irish Technology Industry. Well done to all those who won an award and indeed all those who were shortlisted.

This accolade joins the Asystec trophy case alongside recent awards of; Dell EMC Storage Partner of the Year, UK Varonis Vice Presidents Award, VMware EMEA Digital Transformation Success Story of the Year & Deloitte Fast 50.
